Going Out

My friend Jason whom I haven't seen or talked to since January called me yesterday. He wants to meet up and catch up tomorrow night over dinner. I often feel kinda odd when I go out with Jason because he insits on paying for everything and everything tends to be expensive. He texted me today and said that he reserved tickets for Thalia Resturant on 50th and 8th- very expensive. Last time I saw him he paid for me to eat out, the movies, on my birthday he bought me a very expensive package at a massage palor. Its nice to go out to nice places. Just that often I'm feeling a little odd or out of place. I guess because I feel like I should be pitching in to the tab. Or maybe I'm just cheap- I know that later in life when I have a good career then these things will seem more like my style. But I have to budget and be cheap for now.
