Chicken Carbonara

The chicken carbonara is a popular sub at Quiznos. First you select the bread. About 3 years ago, the default bread for this sub was herb ficottia. But, herb ficotttia is no longer available. So now customers choose between white, wheat, rose parmesean, or garlic bread.
After the bread is chosen, the dressing is spread on both the top and bottom halves. Bacon alfredo sauce is used. On the bottom half, mushrooms are placed. Then on top of the mushrooms goes the chicken that has been dipped in a mesquite flavored marinade. On top of the chicken, bacon bits are placed. On the top half of the bread goes mozzerrella cheese. Then the sub is toasted. No lettuce is placed on the sub. Tomatoes aren't either but they are often requested.
