Yesterday I was so out of energy. I take a multivitamin daily and all sorts of antioxidants, but I looked on like for a natural energy boost. I am not looking at caffienated products like Red Bull, for a boost. An herb is a better choice. I looked at GNC's site which has an abundance of information on all types of wellness products. Whatever I get, I need to make sure that there are no side effects. Plus I looked at the research backing the product. I looked at other forum sites to see how popular certain products are. Also I looked at recommened dosages which can vary based upon one's goals.
The herbs I'm gonna take are siberian ginseng, which supplies energy. It has to be cycled though. I'll use it for 6 weeks, then take a week off. I'm also gonna take green tea which is an antioxdant. I know there's caffiene in it, but its not like Red Bull. So the caffeine in the green tea will provide energy.
