My calorie intact is similar to bulking, but not really. I go up by 500 calories doing a 4 day cycle and on my off day I do 500 calories less than my lowest regular day.
Bulking right means lifting big & eating big. Eating healthy will keep you lean, but consistency and dedication is key. Try not to stray too far on your cheat days and take 2 days off every 3 days of heavy ass lifitng. Bulking allows you the luxury of eating plenty so energy levels on lift days will never be a problem. Keep your weights high and go for personal bests on every workout. This is time to grow worry about low carbs when the summer comes around. A lot of people like to bulk dirty and this isn't a pretty look. With a little willpower a cut bulk can be attained by eating a staple of classic Bodybuilding foods. Always keep in mind the fact that carbs supply fuel and protein builds the muscle, this means finding the right balance of carbs and protein that will grow the most muscle effeciently. I tend to Bulk at a 10%-15% bodyfat but i've gone as low as 8% without having to drop my lifting weights.
