When I first got up, I ate oatmeal w/ flaxseed meal and cinnamon. I've been having that every morning and I had salmon in a tomato sauce w/ olive oil. This prepared me for my morning jog down and back up the 173rd St hill.
After that I got ready for the gym. I had a salmon sandwich and then my workout was as followed:
I did an abs rotation. I completed four sets of ten of each of the four ab exercises. First there were leg raises using a 9 pound medicine ball. Then, side bends using ten ound dumbells. Third was cross over ab crunches. And lastly was long arm weighted crunches, using ten pound dumbells.
The weight lifting routine began with push presses, then squats, then deadlifts, then what I call lawnmower pull downs at the cable station. The last two exercises were decline dumberll presses and military presses.
To cool down, I walked the tread mill at a max incline of 15 and speed of 4.3 mph for twenty minutes.
