Trains and Buses

One thing I like about where I live is the access to good trains. I have the B/D line about a block from my house. Its the 174-175 Sts. Stop. And the 4 line is about 3 blocks away. It's the Mt. Eden Avenue Stop. But I prefer the 4 line over the D line. Sometimes it seems to take the D forever to come to the station. And sometimes, the B train comes instead of the D. I hate that because the B is local. I then have to transfer from the B to a D most of the time. Usually if I'm on the train, it is to go deep into Manhattan.
If I were to go to somewhere in the Bronx, such as 165 St for example, I'd just take the bus. I do think the buses in the Bronx are great. A bus seems to stop by most bus stops within 4 minutes. This is particularly true on Grand Concourse. And, I live on Grand Concourse.
