Calves

I've noticed that my legs are getting bigger. Many think that the calves are the most difficult muscle to grow. A guy at my gym, made it real simple by saying there is not enough weight. I am gaining weight and noticing my calves getting bigger.
A couple exercises good for calves are: standing calf raises (mass) Seated calf raises (definition)Leg press calf raises (definition)
While I'm still on legs, good quad exercises are: heavy squats (mass), leg press (definition),
quad extensions (definition), lunges (definition), front squats (definition)
