Accounting

I'm going declare my degree as Business Adm with a concentration in Accounting. I''ve been seriously thinking about what I want my career to be. Even if I don't become an accountant, the educational experience will give me an edge. I know I want to work in business. The question is in what way. I used to think that I wouldn't like a very structured environment like accounting, but actually that seems ideal. Also, if I would like to open my own business or franchise, so accounting knowledge will help. Other reasons why I think I'll enjoy accounting are that I like doing math, I pay attention to detail and explain clearly what the numbers mean.
