So far I've been sticking to my wellness plan. I am a perfectionist, so it feels great to follow my guidelines. I always see room for improvement, but so far so good. Today I had Sociology
@ 10. So I left my house around 7 to go to the gym for a cardio session. Today I felt a lil more tired than ususal. But in the end, I am glad that I completed the workout which was speed intervals on a stationary bike. I excersied for 30 minutes. What I'm doing now is for the first 5 minutes go at a normal speed at level 12. The maximum level is 20. Then when I hit 5 minuntes, I pedal faster. I try to maintain at least three tick marks when I its time for speed. I maintain the speed until the time reaches 6:30, then I reduce the level to 11 and pedal at a normal speed. When I reach 10 minutes, I pedal fast until 12:00. Then reduce the level to 10 and pedal normal. When the time reaches 15, pedal fast. At 17:00, normal speed at level 9. Then when the time reaches 20:00, pedal fast until 22:00. Then I go a normal speed until 28:00. Then speed fast until 30:00. Then for a cool down, put the level at 1 or 2 and pedal slower.
It was a good workout today. I feel like a professional. I try to always put a good effort at the gym.
