Quiznos

This post is for Sunday August 12. It's been almost 5 months since I've quit my position as manager at Quiznos. I still remember the reciepes and procedures. I remember seeing on Quizno's corporate website that employees must not give away Quizno's secrets. The secrets are the reciepes and procdures. I am going to post what I remember from working there. I don't think I am breaking any agreement. I'm not sharing the ingridients of the sauces or other corporate secrets to competitors such as Subway. I'll only post general stuff that the public has easy access to. I bet if I were to return to a Quiznos resturant today, I can fit right in. I remember all the products as of the day I was working there. I know that there are quite a few new items on the menus though. Quiznos always is making additions to the menu. Around the time that I resigned, Quiznos was actually removing quite a few items from the menu. There were just too many products to have on stock. The issue with too many items on the menus was mainly of concern for franchise owners and not the customers. Having so many different items on the menus meant having a larger inventory and much more room for waste.
