Fish

I love fish. I have been eating fish everyday. It's a good source of protein- which is the main reason why I love it and also it's low in fat and many w/ fat have healthy omega types. I have been eating salmon everyday. 2 out of every 3 days, I make an effort to consume at least 160 grams of protein. The main source is fish, then I also take 40g of a protein shake that's mostly whey protein after working out. I also sometimes eat chicken also.
When I have to purchase fish, I tend to get the frozen type. I got the fresh before, but normally the fish is just for me and when I do shop, I shop in bulk. The frozen fish that I buy are great, because they are wild caught and tend to be individual wrapped filets. The recent salmon I got is more like 2 serving per pack but its okay. Other fish I've tried are talipa- which is cheap and flounder. I like salmon the best. It tends to be the most expensive fish I buy. Talipa and flounder are okay, but they remind me of chicken breast in a way. Not much flavor is in them. You have to spice it up.
