Today I will go to the gym and have a great workout. Of course to begin the day, I had a jog down and up the hill next to my apartment. At the gym, I'll start with an ab cycle. 4 sets of 10 reps of each of the following exercises: oblique cruches, side bend reaches using 10 pound dumbells, cross body crunches and v-ups.
Then, I will do the weight training. I will begin with push presses. 3 sets of 12 using 95 pounds. Then back squats, 10 sets of 12 using 140 pounds. Then what I call lawnmower pulldowns, 3 sets of 8 at 120 pounds, and deadlifts, 3 sets of 8 using 110 pounds.
Then I'll do dumbell flys using 35 pounds, 2 sets of 10 and tricep extensions, 30 pounds, 2 sets of 10.
For a cool down, I'll get on the treadmill and walk 20 minutes at an incline of 15 and speed of 4.2
