Tomorrow I will go to the gym before I have to work in the Testing Center. My routine will be to first do an abs circut. I will do 4 rounds of 10 sets of the following: medicine ball throws on the decline bench (the ball is 9 pounds), side bends with 10 pound dumbells, decline crunches with a russian twist using a 10 pound plate, and twisting back extenstions.
Then I will do my weight lifting session. First will be what I call lawnmower pulls at the cables. I will use 110 pounds for 3 sets of 8. Then I will do front squats at 110 pounds with 3 sets of 10. Then I will do step ups with 140 pounds. 3 sets of 12 per leg and dumbell bench presses using 55 pounds. 3 sets of 10. Then lat pulldowns, 130 pounds, 2 sets of 10 and finally pec flys, 135 pounds, 2 sets of 10.
Then for a cool down, I'll walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes at a speed of 4.2 mph and incline of 15.
