I will recall some of the directions for preparing subs at Quiznos. It's been over 5 months since I've worked there.
One of the most popular subs is the Mesquite chicken. When I was working there last, the bread options were: white, wheat, rosemary parmesean, garlic bread, and rolls.
There are three bread sizes: small, medium and large.
If the custmer chooses a small then 2.5 ounces of chicken are dipped into the mesquite dip. If it's a regular then 4 ounces and a large gets six ounces.
Once the proper bread size is cut, ranch dressing is applied on both sides. On the top half, apply tomatoes On the bottom half apply onions. Then on the bottom half apply the chicken and place bacon strips on the chicken. On the top half apply cheddar cheese.
After the sub is toasted, then lettuce is applied.
