N.O and Caffiene

I take a lot of vitamins and minerals and antioxidants. I also take some natural supplements that enhnace performance such as nitric oxide (or N.O) and caffiene. In order for the caffience and NO to be effective without having to increase the dosage to insane amounts, I need to cycle the product. I think what I'll do is be 12 weeks on and 4 weeks off for nitric oxide products. When I'm on the of period I'm thinking of using Powerbar bars and Powerbar gels as a pre workout supplement. And I will cycle the caffience, one week on one week off. On the off week I'll be using CLA. CLA is used to be abundant in the American diet, but due to changes in farming and agriculture, the amount is very low. So I will supplement with about 5g per day of CLA.
I'm changing brands with my nitric oxide. I'm using Trac by MHP, but I'm gonna be using NO Explode by BSN when the container of Trac is empty.
