I eat healthy. If I were to have cake and some fries that would be called a cheat meal. I don't do cheat meals because I just don't desire them. After a while, your tastes change. A good habit is to plan to eat clean foods in advance. One or two unhealthy foods a week won't kill you, but eventually tou won't want them.
There's a saying that what you do in the gym is 20-40% of the muscle building. It's more about what you do outside the gym. You have to be patient and eat right.
I eat about 5-6 times a day. And this is recommeded. It keeps your energy levels in good range.
