I go to a gym now, but it wasn't always that way. Nevertheless I still was in shape. Even if you only have one dumbell at home- and that's it, you can still get a good workout. My recommendation for a routine w/ only one dumbell is
Bench Presses
Incline Presses- just put yourself at an incline. Use a board or pillow.
Seated Dumbbell Presses
One-Arm Dumbbell Rows
Lateral Dumbbell Raises
Alternate Dumbbell Curls
The number of set and reps depends on the how much the dumbell weighs.
