Here are more exercises you can do from home
Handstand Pushups: move away from a wall a couple of inches and kick yourself in a handstand against the wall. Your legs should be straight up on the wall.
Look forward like you're doing a barbell military press. Lower yourself when your head touches the floor, then push yourself back up.
Another exercise is what I call the Extreme Blaster- I made the name up since I can't remember what my coach used to call it:
Touch your feet to the floor behind your head- in other words, your butt in the air and quickly reverse the motion. Roll forward into the bottom position of a squat. From there jump into the top position of a pushup. Do a pushup and then return back to the bottom position of the squat. Stand up and repeat. Yeah buddy!
