It's Thanksgiving, so I'm gonna use some Holiday colors. I think red and green is Christmas, but whatever.
There are many sources of protein. The ones most consider when you talk about working out
are soy, milk, egg, meat, casein and whey protein. What protein should you get? Well, you gotta
understand protein. First of all, using different proteins important. You then can make sure you
get all essential amino acids and non-essential amino acids.
I know a lot about biological values and proteins. Proteins are ranked according to their BV- or
biological value. The value or number that a protein has gives us their availability within the
body. A while awas introduced go when someone came up with this stuff, eggs were given the
highest BV of 100. They are the most bio-available natural protein. Years later, whey was
isolated from milk and it has a higher BV. Depending on the process , the BV ranges from 104 to
154. That's whey certain companies say- Oh, our protein is the the most available protein.
Nothin but a sales pitch.
