Registrar

Today Juline came in and told me that I had to go work in the Registar's Office, not the Testing Center. This will be a temporary situation. I've never supposed to work in the Testing Center, since I was hired as a student worker. I went to the financial aid office in order to qualify as a student worker. Juline hired me and placed me into the Testing Center. Reynaldo always thought I was hired through DeVry as a regular worker. I really don't see the difference. But, to be a DeVry worker has its advantages since I can qualify for reduced or free tuition.
So, now they are working on transfering me as a student worker to a regular DeVry employee. The reasoning for me going inside the Registrar's to work is to avoid any possible problems. I prefer the Testing Center since I have my own computer and work area. In the Registrar I'll often be in this room full of filing cabinets and all I'll do is file. Or I might be at the front desk. So, obvioulsy working in the Testing Center is so ideal.
All the staff in the Registrar's office seem to like me. They offer me lunch and seem comfortable speaking with me around and the content of their conversations are somewhat confidental.
